DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM

1. Conditions, Methods, and Procedures for Participation

From June 11, 2026, to July 14, 2026, for every purchase receipt with a value of VND 500,000 at Gold Coast Mall, customers will receive one (01) lucky draw ticket to participate in predicting the 2026 FIFA World Cup Champion and have a chance to win prizes.

The Company will display 48 ballot boxes, each representing one of the 48 teams participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Customers will fill in their information on the lucky draw ticket and place it into the ballot box corresponding to the team they predict will become the champion.

The number of lucky draw tickets issued to customers is cumulative according to the receipt value, as follows:

  • Receipt value of VND 500,000: 01 lucky draw ticket.

  • Receipt value of VND 1,000,000: 02 lucky draw tickets.

  • No limit on the number of lucky draw tickets per customer.

Customers may combine all purchase receipts made at Gold Coast Mall on the same day to redeem lucky draw tickets.

Total number of lucky draw tickets issued during the promotion: Unlimited.

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Time and Method of Issuing Winning Determination Evidence

All lucky draw tickets placed in the ballot box corresponding to the team that becomes the 2026 FIFA World Cup Champion will be thoroughly mixed under the supervision of representatives of RSM Joint Stock Company and randomly selected customers.

At 3:00 PM on July 20, 2026, the Company's representatives will conduct a live-streamed lucky draw at the Company's headquarters to ensure the transparency of the promotional program.

3. Regulations on Winning Determination Evidence

Prizes will be randomly awarded from the remaining prize pool at the time a randomly selected customer is invited to conduct the draw. Winning results will be determined immediately after the randomly selected customer opens the lucky draw ticket.

The reverse side of the ticket contains information fields for customers to complete in order to participate in the program (ticket size: 14 cm x 6 cm).

4. Time, Venue, and Method of Determining Winners

During the promotion period, immediately after purchasing qualifying promotional products and meeting the participation requirements for the prediction and lucky draw program, customers will be guided by Gold Coast Mall staff to complete the entry ticket.

After the participation period ends, representatives of Gold Coast Mall Management Board will invite five (05) randomly selected customers to conduct a public lucky draw, which will be live-streamed at 3:00 PM on July 20, 2026, on the social media page “Gold Coast Mall Nha Trang” at the following link:

The draw will take place at the headquarters of RSM Joint Stock Company, located at:

No. 01 Tran Hung Dao Street, Loc Tho Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.

Each randomly selected customer will conduct three (03) draws for each prize category.

The prize will be awarded to the first person drawn. If the Shopping Mall is unable to contact the first selected winner using the information provided within seven (07) days, the prize will be awarded to the second selected person. Similarly, if the second selected person cannot be contacted within seven (07) days, the Shopping Mall staff will contact the third selected person.

5. Winner Notification

Winning customers will be contacted by Gold Coast Mall staff within seven (07) days from the date of the prize draw announcement immediately after the lucky draw event.

If the first selected winner cannot be contacted using the information provided within seven (07) days, the prize will be awarded to the second selected person. If the second selected person cannot be contacted within seven (07) days, the Shopping Mall staff will contact the third selected person.

6. Time, Venue, Method, and Procedures for Prize Awarding

  • Winners will receive their prizes in kind from Gold Coast Mall staff immediately after the completion of the draw and confirmation of winning results at Gold Coast Mall.

  • The lucky draw ticket used to claim the prize must be a valid ticket issued by RSM Joint Stock Company, and must not be torn, patched, altered, or erased.

  • Winners shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in receiving the prize, including personal income tax obligations, if any.

  • Prize winners are responsible for fulfilling any financial obligations arising from prize receipt, including personal income tax, where applicable.

  • The promotional program must be conducted in a random, objective, and transparent manner.

  • Subject to the winner’s consent, RSM Joint Stock Company may use the winner’s name and image for commercial advertising and promotional purposes.

  • In the event of any dispute related to this promotional program, RSM Joint Stock Company shall be directly responsible for resolving the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
