PARKING FEE ADJUSTMENT

RSM Joint Stock Company would like to inform that, from October 1, 2025, parking fees at the Gold Coast Building parking area will be updated as follows:

1. Daily Parking

Bicycle, Electric bike, Electric motorbike & Motorbike

• 05:00 – 17:59: 4,000 VND/visit

• 18:00 – 23:59: 5,000 VND/visit

• 00:00 – 04:59: 50,000 VND/night/visit

Car

• Daytime (05:00 – 17:59): 30,000 VND/first 4 hours + 10,000 VND/each additional hour

• Evening (18:00 – 23:59): 40,000 VND/first 4 hours + 10,000 VND/each additional hour

• Overnight (00:00 – 04:59): 200,000 VND/night/visit

2. Monthly Parking

• Bicycle: 90,000 VND/month

• Bicycle, Electric bike, Electric motorbike & Motorbike

  • Internal customers (inside the building): 180,000 VND/month

  • External customers (outside the building): 200,000 VND/month

• Car (applicable for internal customers only)

  • First car: 1,800,000 VND/month

  • Second car and above: 2,000,000 VND/month
